Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only, with Australia Post.

• Flat rate: A$9.95 per order, anywhere in Australia.

• Free shipping on orders of A$60 or more.

Every bar is made in small batches and fully cured before it's sold. Orders are usually packed and posted within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. Australia Post delivery times vary by location, and most parcels arrive within 2–6 business days of posting.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll get in touch to arrange re-posting, which may incur a second postage charge.

Returns and refunds

Because our soaps are personal care products, we can't accept returns for change of mind once an order has been posted.

That doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

A note on our soaps

Our soaps are handmade, so colours, swirls and botanicals vary a little from bar to bar. Each one is a little different, and that's part of the charm. Please check the ingredients list on each product before buying, and patch-test if you have sensitive skin.
